Cancellations are not permitted after 72 hours from the time of purchase. We are committed to ensuring our customers are completely satisfied with their hair extensions. If you are not satisfied, you may return your order under the following conditions:
- Returns must be initiated within 5 days of delivery. - The hair extensions must be in their original, unused condition, and must not have been worn or damaged.
Please be aware that there are no returns, exchanges, or refunds for hair that has been worn, colored, bleached, or cut. This policy also applies to any bundles that have been unraveled.
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
