Shipping Information

All orders will be delivered within 5-9 business days via USPS.

Please refer to the shipping and processing timelines outlined below:

Payment Processing: 1-4 business days
Order Fulfillment: 2 business days
Delivery:
  - U.S. Orders: 2-3 business days
  - International Orders: 6-10 business days

The total timeframe for you to receive your order is approximately 5-9 business days. In the event of unforeseen delays, please allow up to 15 business days for your order to arrive.

Please note that during sales events, shipping times may extend to 7-15 business days. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded while processing.

Delivery Policy

Once your package is with USPS, we cannot assume responsibility for lost or stolen items. To ensure secure delivery, all packages require a signature upon arrival. If you miss the delivery, you will need to reschedule directly with USPS. For any issues regarding your package, please contact your local USPS office.

International Orders

We gladly ship worldwide! Please note that customers are responsible for any import fees applicable in their respective countries. The estimated delivery time displayed at checkout does not include processing and fulfillment times.

Return and Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are not permitted after 72 hours from the time of purchase. We are committed to ensuring our customers are completely satisfied with their hair extensions. If you are not satisfied, you may return your order under the following conditions:

- Returns must be initiated within 5 days of delivery.
- The hair extensions must be in their original, unused condition, and must not have been worn or damaged.

Please be aware that there are no returns, exchanges, or refunds for hair that has been worn, colored, bleached, or cut. This policy also applies to any bundles that have been unraveled. 

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
